Product Review : Cashflow 101
Many people have heard of Robert Kiyosaki and his most famous book, Rich Dad Poor Dad, but I talk to a lot of people who haven’t heard of his board game, Cashflow 101. It’s a fun game that allows you to practice the concepts taught in his book.
The game has a simple premise. You start the game as an employee stuck in the rat race. You are randomly dealt one of the following careers : truck driver, airline pilot, engineer, teacher, janitor, nurse, mechanic, lawyer, doctor, secretary, police officer, or business manager. In the rat race, you travel around the board in a circle, going from paycheck to paycheck while trying to build up enough passive income to escape the rat race and become financially free. Passive income is created by buying businesses, real estate, and mutual funds. When your passive income exceeds your expenses, you are able to retire from your job and move to the outer circle, or fast track, where you can win the game.
Google Business Photos Now Available In Vancouver
I’ve been using Google Street View for quite some time now and I love it. If I’ve never been somewhere before and want to get an idea of what I will be looking for when I get there, it allows me to walk down the road almost like I was there in person.
When I found out that Google had created a new service called Google Business Photos which is basically Street View for the inside of a business, I was blown away. Not by the name, because it just sounds like boring photos, but by the idea of actually walking around the entire interior instead of just seeing a picture of the front door.
When I heard that Ronald Lee, who I met through his meetup group, “Vancouver Business, Marketing & Entrepreneur“, had been approved as one of a select few Google Trusted Photographers in Vancouver, I just had to find out more. In fact, I even decided to help his company, Elevated Marketing, promote the service. This service will give businesses who want that extra edge in search engine results exactly what they are looking for.
